Description

Spend a beautiful fall day exploring several of the ecosystems in Rocky Mountain National Park.  Find out how climate change is affecting the park and concerns for the future.  Listen to author, professor and ecology consultant Dr. John Emerick as he talks about the natural history of Rocky Mountain National Park.  Learn about the ecology and management of Bighorn Sheep in the park, as well as, plans for the possible reintrodution of other mammals.  During lunch the 2016 Colorado Outstanding Biology Teacher Award (OBTA) will be presented to this year's recipient and you will have the opportunity to offer your congratulations.  The day promises to be very fulfilling and chances will abound forinteractions with your CBTA colleagues.
