🌿 About this CPD Event

Many women describe feeling constantly “switched on” juggling responsibilities, anticipating needs, and carrying the invisible mental load of daily life. This emotional and cognitive burden can take a significant toll on mental health, relationships, and self-worth.

This 2-hour CPD session explores how Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) can help clients recognise, understand, and manage the mental load. We’ll integrate psychoeducation, case examples, and evidence-based CBT interventions to help you support women who feel overwhelmed, resentful, or emotionally depleted by the demands of modern life.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of the social and psychological factors behind the mental load and practical CBT tools to help your clients move from burnout to balance.
