Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts, Inc.

For more than 25 years, Concerned Black Men of Massachusetts, Inc. (CBMM) has been mentoring boys to manhood by providing a stable and nurturing learning environment for Boston-area youth.

Through the Paul Robeson Institute for Positive Self-Development (PRI) and other initiatives, black and brown boys count on consistent interactions with dedicated adult males who volunteer valuable services and provide a dependable counter to the negative sterotypes that often influence their lives.

Since its founding, CBMM members and volunteers uphold the organization's mission through PRI, improving the quality of life in the African American community by re-establishing the viability of the black male. This is accomplished through role modeling, STEM education programs, introduction to the arts, and life skills mentoring.
