Join Grant Cavicchi(Cavicchi’s Meats), Mark Eisner(Atlantic Beef Products) and Luke Downing(Nova Scotia Food & BBQ Enthusiast) while they cover everything you need to know to make & cook the perfect steak.

This class will guide you through all the basics you need & demystify the meat department in a casual, easy to digest lessons. We’re ditching the chef's hat and snobby lingo to dive right into the basics of cooking the most exceptional local beef you've ever had. SEATING IS LIMITED!
