About this event
On Monday, November 28 and Monday, December 26, instead of a usual Cathedral Yoga gathering, join Saint Mark's Yoga teacher and Integrated Breathwork facilitator Andrew Ragan for 60 minutes of soul connecting, heart opening Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitation accompanied by the mighty Flentrop organ.
PLEASE NOTE that registration is NOT necessary. Just show up!
The practice of Conscious Connected Breathwork is an opportunity for the body to integrate tension, trauma, fear, suppression, etc. held in the physical body’s cellular and emotional memory. This integration creates the space for freedom from physical and emotional issues, self-acceptance, profound relaxation, and a greater sense of self and breath awareness—all within a safe, soulful, and loving environment.
All are welcome; No experience necessary. Dress comfortably and warmly, and bring a mat as well as a pillow to sit on if you'd like. Pay what you can.
At this time, masks are optional inside the cathedral building. The space is large enough that you will probably be able to remain distanced from others, and paper signs are provide to help keep distance around you if desired. Please stay home if you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory infection!
