Description

We often look to the seasons for culinary inspiration, and summer is the perfect time to celebrate one of our very best local products: fish! The waters of Cape Cod produce some of the world's best seafood and Cheesemonger Bryan has been fishing and clamming Cape Cod his whole life. Finally, he's ready to share both his knowledge and his catch. You'll learn tips for how and where to find the best clams, mussels, and fish, and how to cook them. Bryan will prepare a menu highlighting a variety of different fish and preparations, and will show you how to easily cook for a crowd. Bryan's menu will focus on sustainable species by showing off how to make delicious meals from less-loved (but equally tasty) fish like scup, black bass, and blue fish. As usual, beverage pairings will accompany each dish.
