Event description
Catalysts Conversations is back! Join us for a fireside chat with the founder of Pen Parentis, a nonprofit that supports creative parents.

About this Event

Milda M. De Voe

in conversation with Emily Speer Ryan

Join Milda M. De Voe and Emily Speer Ryan for a conversation about how to balance creative careers and family. They will discuss whether the paradigm can be changed to acknowledge that parenting is not a career per se, but a major life event that requires time, energy, and money, but does not affect your talent or your dedication. The demands of parenthood can impact a career, but with proper planning and communication should never derail one.

You'll leave feeling inspired and ready to live a more balanced life and make choices with open eyes. All proceeds will benefit Pen Parentis.
