CAT Class “Moodle Mastery: How to utilize blocks, HTML links, and News Forum at the start of a class or organization”

In this class, facilitators will review the basic capabilities of Moodle including how to add or edit a resource. They will review how to add, remove, or dock your blocks in a Moodle course. Special attention will be given to the HTML block which has the capacity to display an instructor/club photo or syllabus link as well as the Latest News block which communicates with News Forum (often utilized for announcements).

Note: A CAT class runs only 45 minutes, covering a small amount of how-to technology training and allowing at least 15 minutes for a hands-on activity in which you may practice what you have learned or independently ask a question of one of your two facilitators. Please support us in beginning on time in order to make the most of this short training time.
