What is your refund policy?

Refund requests must be made at least 20 days before the event date. Refund requests made after this period will not be considered. The ticket must be unused and in its original form. Events that have been rescheduled, unless you are unable to attend the new date.

Can we bring children to the event?

This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over due to alcohol being served. We require all attendees to present a valid ID at the entrance. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy to ensure compliance with legal regulations and to maintain a safe environment for all guests

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

The main entrance is wheelchair accessible and automatic doors. There is designated handicapped parking spaces located near the entrance for easy access. The restrooms are equipped with accessible stalls and features that comply with ADA regulations.
