Case Manager Peer Networking Event

Join us for an afternoon of learning and networking! The SHARC Integrated Care Committee has put together a half day event to support Case Managers in their important work. Agenda items will include:

• Trauma/Addiction Informed Care
• Naloxone Training
• Suicide Prevention
• Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
• *NEW* Shasta College Certificate program

This training is open to anyone working in a direct-services, Case Manager role. Due to space constraints, we are limiting registration to THREE participants per organization.
