Please join us for a unique opportunity to examine a client- therapist case presented by a Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Irvine graduate. Dr. Sean Sterling, Chair of the Applied Psychology program will offer feedback from the Psychodynamic perspective and Dr. Melody Bacon, Chair of the MFT department will present from a Bowen Family Systems perspective.
About the Presenters:
Dr. Sean Sterling, a dynamic lecturer and storyteller, has enthusiastically presented hypnosis to psychology graduate students and psychologists in the community for the past 15 years. He has an extensive history of providing hypnotherapy to patients with a wide range of presenting problems including, anxiety disorders, depression, health problems, and issues associated with cancer and chemotherapy. Dr. Sterling is the Chair of the Applied Clinical Psychology program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Dr. Melody Bacon is a psychologist with over 15 years of private practice experience focusing on relational issues. She is the Chair of the Marital and Family Therapy programs and is an enthusiastic and engaging instructor.
