Join us for the 13th Annual Cascade User Conference!

If you're new to the Cascade User Conference, you should know that this is the one and only event we host in person every year—and it’s all about our clients.

Managing Cascade CMS comes with many responsibilities. Whether you’re administering the software, developing new sites and templates, creating content, or training end users, this conference is for you.

The Cascade User Conference is three jam-packed days of learning, connecting, sharing, and playing. We start with an optional six-hour day of workshops on Tuesday, October 2 and end with the last session on Thursday, October 4.

We have arranged a room block for our attendees at the beautiful Georgian Terrace Hotel, where the conference sessions will also be held. What's included with the purchase of a conference pass?

When you purchase either an early bird or regularly-priced ticket, you are guaranteed admittance into all conference sessions that will take place on Wednesday, October 3 and Thursday, October 4. Breakfast, lunch, and a snack will be provided on both days.

Conference passes also include admittance to the social events on Tuesday and Wednesday night, where we will provide hors d'oeuvres and drink tickets.

What's NOT included with the purchase of a conference pass?

The optional six-hour day of workshops on Tuesday, October 2 is offered at an additional cost. Please purchase a workshop ticket on this site if you would like to attend the workshops. We will serve breakfast and lunch on that day.

Attendees are responsible for their travel, accommodation, and parking expenses.

What are the fees added to the ticket price?

Ticket and credit card processing fees are directly added onto the price of each ticket. You can save money by choosing "Invoice" as your payment option during checkout to pay via mailed check.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may transfer your ticket to another member of your organization at no additional cost. Please contact conference@hannonhill.com with any inquiries.

Can I cancel my event registration?

We can provide a full refund minus 5% up until July 31. After this, we can provide a refund of 50% until August 31. After August 31, we cannot provide refunds, but we will allow you to transfer your ticket to someone else at your organization. Please contact us at conference@hannonhill.com with any questions about refunds or transfers.
