Event description

Description

The Silva family pioneered grape growing in the Colchagua Valley with the first vineyards back in 1892. Their cellar is the oldest in the valley, yet they strive to innovate their vineyards and pioneer new terroirs. They are paving the way for the Chilean Carménère varietal by investing in research studies on clones and micro terroirs. This dinner is an opportunity to experience wines from the most award-winning Chilean winery in the 21st century, including a Sauvignon Gris from 106 year old vines and a back vintage of Microterroir Carménère.

On June 21st, join Sommelier David Bérubé with special guest Rachelle Bose, Northeast Field Sales Manager for Vine Connections, for this educational and eye-opening Chilean experience.
