What if I don't know how many will be attending on the day of the event?

Register the number of attendees that are most likely to attend the event. Do not order in excess of your best guesstimate, as attendance will be reviewed and a history of lower group attendance than tickets requested for future events may affect your group's ticket allocations.

Can homeschool co-ops register a group?

Registrations for homeschoolers will only be accepted by individual households. Households may request up to six (6) tickets, but due to the limited number of tickets available, registrants should request only the number of tickets needed.

How are tickets distributed?

Tickets are distributed on a first come-first served basis; however, due to the nature of funding sources, school audiences are our primary audience, so ticket distribution amounts for other ticket types are limited.

School group tickets are capped at 100, but my group is larger than that. What do I do?

For orders greater than 100, place your order for 100, then call or email Andrew Gordon, education coordinator: 210-207-2719, for assistance acquiring the additional seats.

I'm trying to get tickets, but when I enter my quantity it says the amount requested isn't available. What's up with that?!

While there are multiple ticket types/quanitites listed, we can only accommodate 650 guests. We have attempted to allocate seats based upon historical use, but all ticket requests are subtracted from the total number of actual seats in the theatre. Regardless of the type of tickets being requested, when the total amount distributed reaches 650, tickets will no longer be distributed.
