CARS and COFFEE at the Virginia Festival of the Wheel

CARS AND COFFEE at the Virginia Festival of the Wheel will take place on Saturday, June 17th, from 9AM to 11AM at the Foxfield Steeplechase Race Course out Barracks Road at 2215 Foxfield Tract, Charlottesville, VA. Spectators are free. The CARS AND COFFEE Entry Fee for 1 car will be $30, but includes one FREE SPECTATOR ENTRY to the Festival of the Wheel Concours, also held at Foxfield, on Sunday, June 18th, from 10AM to 3PM.

Your $30 entry fee is a donation to the UVA Cancer Center Patient Care Fund which helps patients in financial need. Bring that great car and help a great cause!

Deadline for Cars and Coffee entries is 9PM, Friday, June 16th. Remember it sold out last year.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOU MUST

(1) CARRY FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE for the registered automobile.

(2) ABIDE BY THE RULES of the Virginia Festival of the Wheel and Foxfield LLC

(3) DRIVE IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER before, during, and after the event. (NO revving engines, fast take-offs etc.)

(4) ABIDE BY ALL HEALTH RULES at the time of the event.

(5) ALLOW PICTURES OR VIDEOS taken of me, my car, and other members of my family to be printed, published and displayed in various VFOTW publications, its web site, digital media (e.g. Facebook, etc.), and other public media.

I UNDERSTAND my contact information will be shared with our sponsor(s). I FURTHER UNDERSTAND I will be asked to leave without refund for any violations.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET I hereby release Foxfield LLC and the Virginia Festival of the Wheel, and all of their boards, committee members, employees, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, and any other participants from any and all liability for any and all damages to any vehicle or injury or illness to any persons before, during, or after any portion of The Virginia Festival of the Wheel.
