November 8th I Dealing with the Stress of Business Ownership

The Sykesville Wellness Partners are excited to present “Dealing with the Stress of Business Ownership.” Each of the partners brings their own expertise within holistic health, physical health, mental health and financial health. Together we will help you to manage business stress as well as personal stress during a busy and hectic time of the year.

Michael Knestout was born and raised in Maryland and has served the community since his teen years.  His professional background is in retail management and marketing, but for many years has also taught young people as a sport coach and mentor.  As a former high school and college athlete, Michael noted he always had a training plan which helped him reach his goals. It’s no different with financial coaching.   He has learned over the years that everyone needs their own custom plan, and a clear path, to reach their goals.  To that end, Michael started MK Finance Coach.  It is possible to have an amazing life and still have money to live, save, and give!

Hannah Sykes, M.Ac. Lic., C.An.Ac. Lic
Hannah Sykes is a modern-day renaissance woman with a passion to create, heal, and teach. From her work as a blacksmith and horseback riding instructor, to home renovator and now a top-notch Acupuncturist to men, women, children and animals. In 2007 Hannah moved to Columbia, MD and met her now husband Jonathan and his daughter.  In 2010 Hannah graduated with a Master’s Degree in Acupuncture from Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly known as Tai Sophia).  Just prior to graduating Hannah and Jonathan married, and Hannah adopted their daughter. Currently they are now a family of four with their son born in 2013. Hannah is Licensed in the state of Maryland and has been practicing acupuncture ever since.  Growing up in Sharon, MA Hannah's desire and drive to put things right and help people heal was nurtured in her from a young age. Generations of her family have taken their unique skills to better the community and world around them. Growing up she had family role models that were social workers and reverends instilling the values of a listener, healer, and advisor into her DNA. It is with history backing her that she took the leap into the medicine known as Acupuncture. A mystical healing modality that has roots in some of our most advance sciences. It is with Acupuncture Hannah witnessed profound healing of animals, friends, and herself, which lead her down this path of enlightenment. Spending the better part of her life raising horses Hannah has cultivated a presence that promotes a sense of tranquility that serves her immensely in the treatment room. She is authentic through and through and a true caregiver. In 2011 Hannah established Pin IT Up Acupuncture (formerly BEE Wellness Acupuncture). Although Hannah has a true skill in treating people for Anxiety & Stress, Infertility, Pain Management, and Migraines, she has been able to help people with so much more with the medical treatment of Acupuncture. She has made it her life goal to continue helping all those who need it. Hannah's husband, Jonathan, and their two kids travel this path with her and have all learned quite a bit about communications, presence, choices, and upset. Living a life that is authentic produces such joy that impacts the world around us.
