Event description
This month we're celebrating BCAM - Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Join us for African Tea Time!

About this Event

Carrie's TOUCH is excited to continue the dynamic community project, "Unveiling Breast Cancer – Mind, Body, Soul – Serving the Whole Woman." This project is designed to innovatively promote overall wellness and enhance the quality of life for African American women diagnosed with breast cancer. Together with our partners, Black Women's Health and Wellness Conference and the First Baptist Church of Sacramento we will host a series of culturally sensitive, engaging and informative events that acknowledge the whole woman from head to toe - mind, body and soul.

We are continuing our series of Virtual Cooking Experiences with Registered Dietician and Oncology Nutrition Specialist, Michele Lites!

Come cook with us on October 24th at 1 pm PDT! It's BCAM - Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we're here to celebrate with an afternoon brunch.

The best part is THIS EVENT is FREE, however, you must register to participate. Register early to receive the grocery list so that you may cook along with us.

Take your mind off the weight of the world for a moment and join us!

*The Unveiling Breast Cancer" Project is sponsored by Dignity Health
