The 20th annual Carmel Clay Historical Society's Holiday Home Tour includes three outstanding historic properties in the Carmel area. These homes are decorated and ready to help you usher in the holiday season!
The Scott Jones Estate, built in 1938 and later extensively renovated in the 1990's, features museum quality antiques, as well as some unexpected whimsy. The former Kinzer home and unique two-story log cabin were built in the mid-1800's, as was White Chapel. All are iconic Carmel treasures, but rarely open to the public. The wide variety of these historic properties makes this tour a must see!
All tours begin at IU North Hospital at 11700 North Meridian Street in Carmel. Tour goers will park in the north lot to catch the shuttle buses. Printed tickets must be presented to board. All tour goers must ride the shuttle bus.
The Friday evening events include delicious hors d'oeuvres prepared by A Cut Above Caterers, a live auction, wine pull, gift card pull, and wine. Friday and Saturday tours include all three homes. Sunday tours are for the Scott Jones Estate only.
FYI: These tours require a good deal of walking. Shoes will be removed at times. Don't forget your printed ticket! All tours start at IU North Hospital in the north parking lot. Friday evening tours are for adults over 21. Saturday and Sunday tours are for adults 18 and over.
