Carlee Farm is having a Marketplace just in time for the holidays! You have been invited as a vendor to participate!

The Carlee Farm Marketplace will be open to the public from 11:00-4:00 PM

Reservations

Vendor space is limited to 40 vendors and will be reserved once payment has been received. Space will be granted on a first come, first paid basis. You can not share a space with another vendor, vendors who are not on the vendors list will be asked to leave.

Vendors

Vendor agrees to maintain the dignity and integrity of the marketplace . We reserve the right to ask any vendor to leave the show if they are not acting in the best interest of the marketplace and the families at Carlee Farm.

Covid-19 Rules

~ If you have been exposed to Covid or recently had Covid, please do not attend this event!

~ If you are displaying symptoms or have a fever of 100 degrees or more, you will not be allowed to participate in the marketplace.

~ Face Masks are required when proper social distancing is not possible.

~ Wash hands frequently!

~ Hand Sanitizer stations will be available throughout the barn, however we suggest you also supply a bottle at your space to increase proper sanitation.

~ Make sure you allow enough space for yourself as well as your guests to maintain social distancing.

Space Assignments:

Spaces will range in size and will be approximately 10’x10. The vendor agrees to confine display and selling activity within their space. Spaces will be assigned to vendors upon arrival. Do not block walkways or exits.

Please keep your distance between other vendors and allow social distancing for customers at all times.

Only those who ”require” electricity will be given priority being placed by an outlet. We do NOT provide drop cords, tape, or other items. Please bring your own. We also do NOT allow any drop cords to run across the floor where people will be walking which will pose as a trip hazard.

Setup

Vendors will be allowed to begin set up at 8:00 A.M. You will be given 1 6ft table to use. You can bring additional tables for your area. Tables will have your name listed, please do not move or change without approval. Do not block walkways with your items.

No Nails or Screws can be used in the walls, beams or building. Tape or String is permitted.

Each space will be approximately 10 ft.

Doors open to the public at 11:00 AM sharp on December 11, 20121 and all booths should be completed before then. No screws, nails or tacks may be used on our barn walls or building.

Clean Up & Tear Down

All booths or exhibits MAY NOT be removed until the end of the show at 4PM on Saturday, December 11. Each vendor is responsible for leaving their area clean upon departure,. Vendors are responsible for disposing of trash and recyclables at the end of the day in the bins provided.

Fees & Payments

All fees are due prior to the Holiday Marketplace. Failure to pay promptly will remove you from the vendor list and we will continue onto our waitlist.

Each indoor space is $45.00 per space. If you are requesting more space, this is limiting the amount of vendors we can allow, so your fee will be doubled. No more than 2 spaces for ANY vendor. Space size is approximately a 10x10 area.

Outdoor Spaces are :$35.00, and we have 10 spaces available. In the event of inclement weather, there is no space inside the barn.

Raffle Basket Donated Item

We are asking each vendor to donate 1 of their craft items to our front door basket raffle. Proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the Stem Fire Department.

Signs & Printed Materials

All vendors must have a sign clearly marking the price of the products they are selling. Vendors are allowed to display materials that pertain to their products. No petitions or other printed material, political or otherwise will be distributed or displayed at the marketplace without prior approval.
