As the winter cold settles in and Valentine’s Day approaches, what can be better than to take the time to pause, reflect, and enjoy silence with a like-minded, supportive community. Please join MC4ME for a half-day of mindfulness practices. As parents, teachers and professionals who support mindfulness practice for youth, it’s essential that we take the time to nourish ourselves and nurture our own practice. We hope you will join us.
