This four-hour training provides information on serving lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults – necessary for any senior or health services office or professional who wants to better understand the unique concerns and considerations facing LGBT older adults and how to provide the best service to them.

TRAINERS
Kathleen LaTosch, MSW. “Kat” has led LGBT-related trainings across the state of Michigan since 2002. She is an independent consultant specializing in nonprofit diversity, equity and inclusion and brings over 25 years of experience in working with Michigan’s LGBT communities.
Judy Lewis. Judy has led trainings on LGBT older adult concerns across the state of Michigan since 2012. She currently serves as SAGE Metro Detroit Training and Educational Manager and has been working with Michigan LGBT communities for over 25 years.
