Event description

Description

Electric cargo bikes are the perfect marriage of ebike technology and European bike practicality. These bikes offer a legitimate alternative to the close-to-home errands we run every day in our car. They are great for a trip to the grocery store (even Costco!), for taking the kids to school or soccer practice, or simply enjoying a ride with the family.

Come join us for an electric cargo bike experience. Each demo ride is guided by one of our ebike experts and will give you the chance to try a variety of bikes on a variety of situations. Bring your kids (max 2) or come solo. We will ride for approximately a half-hour and give you plenty of time to ask questions.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes. Please bring ID matching your ticket/registration. All registered riders must be at least 18 years old. No exceptions. Anyone younger than 18 may ride as a passenger in the cargo bikes but must ride with their legal guardian and wear their own helmet.

What should I bring into the event?

Please bring your printed ticket, signed and printed waiver form, photo ID, and water bottle. You are always welcome to bring your own helmet. Wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flipflops will be allowed).

Is a helmet required?

Yes. We will provide helmets for adult riders who don't bring their own. We do not provide helmets for children.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

info@espokes.com or 801-666-7644

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 24 hours prior to the event. No refunds allowed within 24 hours of the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, but you must contact eSpokes at 801-666-7644 or to change the name on the registration.

Why is there a fee for the test ride?

Electric bikes are a lot of fun and we want as many of you to ride as possible. However, it does cost us to conduct the test rides and, unfortunately, some damage does occur to the bikes. We are willing to accept these costs as part of providing the rides but we want to make sure those test-riding are actually considering purchasing an ebike. The entire cost of the registration (excluding the processing fees) is applied to your account at eSpokes and can be applied to any purchase at eSpokes (including your ebike purchase) for up to six months from the date of your registration.
