Event description

Description

I have an amazing opportunity here in Cincinnati on April 16, and I would love for you to join me. Founding member of Atlas of Caregiving, Rajiv Mehta, will be at Melodic Connections from 4 pm to 6 pm to explain his ground-breaking work. This important work is explained below, but I am particularly interested in gathering a diverse group of people who are able to think about the applications this could have to change our city through documenting the crucial connections that are central to our lives. No matter the reason you decide to come, I know you will find it an inspiring two hours.

Thank you so much for considering this important event.

Raj's words:

Do you care for yourself, family members or friends? Discover how Atlas CareMaps can help you understand and improve your family’s experience. In this CareMap Workshop you will learn to draw your own map, showing who is involved and how they support each other. The map helps you better understand and manage your own situation, identify missing resources, describe your situation to others, and recognize what is working well.

Watch this 1-minute video to get an overview of Atlas CareMaps: https://vimeo.com/261373006<https://vimeo.com/261373006>

There is no charge for the workshop, but we would love your RSVP so we can welcome you with hospitality starting at 3:30 p.m.
