The majority of us will at some point in our lives be family caregivers. There are blessings and there are challenges to care-giving. Come participate in an informal group discussion on ways we can handle challenges, solve problems, find resources, and take care of ourselves as we do this important work in our families. Sessions will be led by members of the Mental Health Task Force of First Church for 3 consecutive Tuesdays, starting February 12th.
