Feeling stuck in your current job? Want to make a change? Not sure why or how? Doing okay, but want a more meaningful experience? Want to learn to lead your life with deeper purpose?

…Then, this engaging workshop is for you – whether you graduated recently….or decades ago! Start the new year by examining where you have been, where you are, and where you want to go in 2019. Join fellow Yalies in an afternoon workshop led by a Yale School of Management executive coach and leadership professional, Rob Greenly ’83 MBA. Come with an open mind – and leave with a vision and action plan to transform your life or career.

Look ahead to 2019. Shift from being a manager of your life and career -- to being a leader!

Background: Careers, Life, and Yale is an alumni-led program of the Yale Alumni Association. Through the Alumni-to-Alumni (A2A) programing, Yale alumni help fellow Yalies navigate career & life stages. The A2A programming is Co-Chaired by Rob Greenly ’83 MBA, and Lauren Graham, ’13 MEM, with support from Stephen Blum, ‘74 YAA Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives.


Workshop Creator and Facilitator:

Robert G. “Rob” Greenly, ’83 MBA is dedicated to “transforming smart professionals and high achievers into influential leadersTM” through his executive coaching, team facilitation, and leadership development practice. Rob serves on the Yale Alumni Association Board of Governors and is a Past President of YaleBoston. He applies leadership lessons earned from his experience as Director of Leadership at the MIT Sloan School of Management and two decades as a senior human resources, leadership, and organization development executive at several Fortune 500 companies.

This workshop was created in conjunction with Pratt Bennet, ’87, Assistant Professor of Liberal Arts at the Berklee College of Music and founder of Make that Leap consultancy. Pratt helps clients develop effective approaches to professional and personal goals, create lives that reflect their core values and needs, and take a major leap toward a healthier, more sustainable life. Pratt leads intensive-training programs for employees and executives based on Results Coaching Systems neuroscience-based coaching.
