Please review the PGA TOUR Restricted Items Policy, as there are certain restrictions on what you may bring onto the tournament grounds. Common items are highlighted below. However, please review the entire policy to ensure items comply. The full list of restricted items can be found by clicking here.
The following items are prohibited:
- Opaque bags larger than 6in x 6in x 6in
- Clear bags larger than 12in x 6in x 12in
- No cups, cans, or containers of any kind
- No pets (except service animals)
- No video cameras
- No cameras during competitive rounds

TICKET REMINDER: Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the CareerBuilder Challenge. If you purchased any form of a Daily Ticket, your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation. You will need to PRINT each DAILY e-ticket and bring it with you to the event to redeem at the main entrance.
If you purchased a Full Week Badge, Club 17 presented by Genesis membership, or a Bob Hope Club membership; those badges will be mailed to the address you provided on your order.

Where will I find my order confirmation and e-ticket(s)?
Check your email inbox for your order confirmation. Your e-ticket(s) will be attached to your order confirmation email.
Help! I am having difficulty finding, opening, or printing my e-ticket(s).

Do I need to PRINT my Daily e-ticket(s)?
Yes. PRINT each Daily e-ticket(s) and bring it with you to the event entrance.
Tickets for a Full Week Badge, Club 17 presented by Genesis, or Bob Hope Club Membership will be mailed to the address you provided.
Daily Parking Passes must be printed and presented as you enter the "P Lot".
I bought two tickets, and both e-tickets have my name on them. Will this be a problem?
No. The name on your e-ticket is the person who ordered the ticket. Anyone can use the ticket. Please just be sure the barcode on your e-ticket(s) is not damaged when you go through the printing process.
I received my ticket order in the mail last year; will I be receiving my order in the mail again this year?
If you purchased a Full Week Badge, Club 17 presented by Genesis Membership, or a Bob Hope Club Membership, you will be receiving your order in the mail. (Please include the shipping address you would like the badges/tickets sent to.)
I ordered a Daily or Full Week Parking Pass. How do I receive those passes?
The Daily Parking Passes will be attached to the email confirmation that you receive. Please print the passes and present them to the parking lot attendant on the day of the event. Each parking pass will include a unique barcode that will be scanned at the parking lot entrance.
A Full Week Parking Pass will be mailed to the address you provided.

If you ordered a Club 17 Membership or Bob Hope Club
Membership you will receive your Full Week parking pass (when applicable)
in the mail with your credentials.
If you ordered a Military Daily Ticket you will need to PRINT your Military Daily e-ticket and bring it with you to the entrance gate. Must show valid military ID at entrance gate. Admission is complimentary for all active duty, reserve and military retirees along with their dependents.
Please Note: Child Admittance
Children 15 and UNDER admitted FREE when accompanied with a ticketed adult. Limit: two children per paying adult. All children, 15 and under, are eligible to receive a FREE daily grounds ticket, if they are present with an Adult who has a paid ticket for that day. The adult needs to present his/her paid ticket to the Box Office in order for the child to receive the child's FREE ticket.
The CareerBuilder Challenge is managed by Desert Classic Charities. Since its inception in 1960, Desert Classic Charities has contributed more than $57 million to the Eisenhower Medical Center and surrounding Coachella Valley nonprofit organizations. Its scope of giving is broad and includes structured and mentoring programs for children, social services, and food and safe shelter for the less fortunate. Desert Classic Charities is dedicated to continuing its mission to serve human needs in the Coachella Valley and beyond by generating funds and opportunities through the CareerBuilder Challenge.
