Career Launch Live is a not for profit live event series and podcast directed at helping professionals grow and make strong connections and in improving the job market.

This live event will feature top speakers from across the US and Canada discussing how we solve all types of discrimination in hiring, and how candidates can overcome these obstacles!

Our Host:Katherine McCord is an entrepreneur in the Recruiting Industry with a passion for changing the face of hiring! She has set out to improve hire techniques, grow diversity and Inclusion, and has created a patent-pending Applicant Tracking System that will remove both the possibility for discrimination in the application process and resumes which will be replaced with skill-focused candidate profiles.
