Unfortunately, most hiring companies are disappointed in their new hires' speaking and presenting skills. 93% of companies consider speaking to be an essential skill, but they only find good speakers in 49% of their hires. Don't be one of those disappointments! Part I focuses on Confidence and Credibility.

Brett Yokom is an instructor, presenter and workshop facilitator at UC Berkeley Extension. He has been active in the Silicon Valley and San Francisco region for four decades and has experienced firsthand the tremendous and constant growth and change of the technology industry. He combines his start-up knowledge, intercultural experience and communication skills in his work as an educator. More recently, he has begun doctoral research on the experiences of start-up founders in the tech ecosystem, and has increasingly been invited to speak and facilitate events in the Silicon Valley/SF area and beyond
