Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) are more than trendy topics for today’s workforce. They address and bring clarity to how identity, racism, microaggressions and implicit bias play a part in the workplace. In Part 1 of this 2-part workshop, we will explore the differences between diversity, equity and inclusion and learn how to each is implemented in an organization as we gain an understanding of our own assumptions.
