About the Presenter

Shatriece Williams’ motto is “move forward in an authentic way”. She has 20+ years experience in human resources management, strategy, operations and tech. Shatriece held Senior Management roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and Royal Caribbean International. As a member of the Board of Directors for the National Black MBA Los Angeles chapter, she works with professionals to develop career strategies to move forward in an authentic way. She has a proven ability to identify, promote, and coach leaders.

Shatriece received her Executive MBA the University of Miami, Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami, and B.S in Industrial and System Engineering, from the University of Southern California. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She’s originally from Compton and has lived in both Miami and the Los Angeles area.
