Learning Outcomes:

  1. Utilise evidence based guidelines to identify and manage peri-menopausal mood dysfunction.

  2. Develop a plan to intensify treatment for a patient with type 2 diabetes who is not meeting targets.

  3. Discuss updates in cardiovascular disease and risk management, including hypertension and heart failure guidelines.

  4. Demonstrate proficiency in commonly-used skin lesion excision techniques.

  5. Review recall and reminder systems for middle-aged patients, to enhance patient safety and ensure opportunistic screening takes place.

This event is free to attend and accredited with both ACRRM and RACGP as a Category 1 activity.
