Care homes – CQC changes and reputational risk (Leeds)
Tue 28 March 2017, 09:00 – 12:00 BST
Capsticks and Fulcrum Care Consulting invite you to join us at our forthcoming CQC seminars specifically aimed at providers of care homes. The CQC has announced that it has completed the first round of over 30,000 inspections of adult social care providers. So what have these inspections told us about the state of care in England and what is next? Building on the success of our last series of seminars in Autumn 2016, we will be discussing the following key areas in our Spring 2017 series: •The next phase of regulation – forthcoming changes to the inspection model •How to move from ‘Good’ to ‘Outstanding’ •CQC prosecutions – latest cases and a reminder of corporate and individual liability for avoidable harm •Acquisitions and disposals – regulatory issues and avoiding the pitfalls •Q&A session with our panel of experts Our legal panel will be joined by external speakers, providing market views to help you adapt to the next phase of regulation. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to network with your peers. Who should attend? This seminar will be of relevance to senior individuals within care home organisations, including chief executives, directors, registered managers, board secretaries, trustees, compliance leads or nominated individuals.
