The AAN will provide a FREE morning Cardio Tennis event from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on March 18, 2013 during the 2013 AAN Conference in San Diego, CA.

Cardio Tennis is a safe and healthy workout designed for players of all ability and fitness levels. You will be amazed at how many touches you will have on the ball and what an incredible action packed workout you will get. You do not need to be a tennis player to participate! This session is for all fitness and ability levels!

WAIVER: I am aware of the risks associated with exercise and fitness training. I am in good health and have no medical condition that would make it dangerous for me to complete the vigorous physical activities that will be part of the course. I have health and liability insurance sufficient to cover any personal injury or property damage I may sustain or cause while participating in or as a result of this course (the "Injuries"). I hereby release Cardio Tennis, the Tennis Industry Association, and the other course participants (together with its affiliates, employees, consultants, agents and assigns, the "Indemnified Parties") from all claims, liability, damages or injuries that may arise in connection with the course, and hereby indemnify them against all expenses, costs and losses, including reasonable attorneys fees and costs of suit, that may arise with respect thereto.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. It is a very social and engaging class for players of all ability levels. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis. Most classes have mixed ability and some facilities offer classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. However, regardless of ability or fitness level the Cardio Tennis Instructor is trained to provide the ideal workout for each person.
