Join Becky Wightman, fitness instructor, for a four-week fitness program that will help participants tighten their abdomen and core, improve functional strength and help prevent injury. Get ready for high energy, interval training to build strength and stamina. Participants will be able to run faster...play harder...stand stronger.
Classes includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of core exercises. Participation is not recommended for people with shoulder injuries or severe lower body injuries.
Class dates include Wednesdays, February 1 to 22.
