About the CCSS Power10Method
The Cardio Code Sports Science Power10Method programming workshop is the practical application of the theory of the Cardio Code programming. The power10Method is developed by extensively reviewing the scientific litterature on what types of periodization yields the best results with a minimum of wasted time and a maximization of recovery.
You will gain a deep understading of how to train the different aspects of energy turnover and you will lean the methodology of micro polarized periodization enabling perpetual progress in training.
