Card Making Workshop

Join us for an in-person creative experience where you’ll explore card-making and letter-writing as a form of soul connection and self-expression. In this 90-minute guided session, you'll create 3–4 intentional handmade cards—each a portal to clarity, healing, or imagination through letter writing.

This is more than a craft. It’s a quiet return to self through paper, presence, and poetic expression. No writing experience needed. Just bring your heart, and we'll help you give it words.

About the instructor:

Dr. Sheila is a Lifestyle Medicine physician, educator, and lifelong crafter who believes in the healing power of creativity, reflection, and meaningful connection. Through her Sacred Correspondence workshops, she invites participants to slow down, tune into their inner world, and rediscover the joy of sending intentional, heartfelt messages. Blending artistic play with evidence-based principles of wellbeing, Sheila creates a welcoming space where handmade cards become more than paper—they become vessels of gratitude, compassion, and connection in a world that deeply needs it.
