The #CARA Reception is named after the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) signed into law on July 22, 2016.

The #CARA Reception is open to guests in Washington, D.C. in town for CARA Family Day, Addiction Policy Forum stakeholders and partners, Members of Congress, and congressional staffers.
