Instructor: Howard Fallman is Managing Senior Counsel with the California Association of REALTORS®. He has been with C.A.R. since 1995. His time is primarily divided between managing the C.A.R. "Hotline", answering member questions, and working with the Standard Forms Committee. Additionally, Mr. Fallman frequently presents outreaches on legal matters and contracts to members as well as being an instructor for C.A.R. on the C.A.R. contracts and Risk Management. Prior to becoming an attorney he was a professional musician, performing with Les Brown's Band of Renown for over twenty five years. Howard received his bachelor's degree from California State University in Sacramento, majoring in Music, and his JD Cum Laude from Pepperdine Law School in 1990.
Reservations for programs requiring payment will not be processed until payment is received. If you must cancel your reservation, a maximum refund of 85% of the program cost will be issued if the cancellation is received in writing three days prior to the course date. A non-refundable 15% of the program cost will be assessed for processing fees. GSDAR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program. If cancellation occurs, GSDAR will issue a full refund. In the event of rescheduling, GSDAR will send immediate notification and transfer all reservations (including payments) to the new date.
