About the Presenter

After years of preparation, Jason Dickinson is launching a business designed to improve craft beer sales by providing expert guidance and training directed for industry professionals in the retail tier.

Jason is a Certified Cicerone® demonstrating beer expertise in the areas of: keeping and serving beer, knowledge of styles and history, ingredients and brewing process, flavor and evaluation, and food pairings.

Jason recently graduated the Micro Matic Dispense Institute. This course provided training on several key aspects needed to properly maximize draught beer sales. These areas include: cleaning and maintenance, balancing draught systems, understanding draught system design and troubleshooting a wide variety of issues.

In addition to a highly unique set of qualifications and experience, Jason has worked several beer industry jobs in both the wholesale and retail tiers and maintains current employment at beer and wine retail shop. The combination of recent beer industry experience, highly sought after and rare qualifications, and years of experience consulting make Jason uniquely suited to tackle the difficult issues of improving retail beer service.
