CAPITAL JAZZ FEST BUS TRIP 2023

Capital Jazz Fest is a musical culture and art fiesta that is held every year on start June. The festival started on 1993 and since, every year, it attracts thousands of people. Local and tourists reach the town to enjoy quality music shows and lot of surprises. 2022 welcomed performances by Chaka Khan, Musiq Soulchild, Ledisi, Faith Evans, Keyshia Cole, Jeffrey Osborne, Common, Maysa, and many more.

Available for additional purchase are tickets to the Official After-Party held at Live! Casino which include complimentary hot and cold buffet. In 2022, this event had live performances by DJ Jazzy Jeff and Rakim and was hosted by the Legendary DJ Kool plus Plus old-school hip-hop, R&B, and house by DJ Tanz!

PAYMENT DETAILS: Deposit of $150.00 (Per Person). Monthly payments of $150.00 due by the end of each month beginning February 28, 2023. Final payment due by April 30, 2023

Package includes: Roundtrip Motorcoach transportation from Pittsburgh, PA, 3 Day/2 Night Hotel Accommodations, Capital Jazz Fest tickets (Saturday and Sunday) and transportation between Venue and hotel.

Official After-Party ticket is not included but may be purchased separately (while supplies last).

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: The hotel accommodations will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn Hanover Arundel Mills BWI Airport. The Hotel address is 7491 New Ridge Rd, Hanover, MD 21076.

Hot breakfast buffet is included and each room is equipped with refrigerator and microwave. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to Live! Casino, Arundel Mills Mall and restaurants within 3 mile radius.

The hotel has a rooming list for the group with a complete list of names/room assignments. Each person will check in individually upon hotel arrival

VENUE: The event will be held at Merriweather Post Pavilion. The address is 10475 Little Patuxent Pkwy, Columbia, MD 21044. The event will be held from 12:00PM-10:00PM. Gates open at 10am.

Please note: WE GO DIRECTLY TO THE EVENT ON SATURDAY. WE WILL NOT CHECK-IN TO HOTEL UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT.
