Special Guest Speaker: Joseph Luna, Opportunity Zone Attorney
Joseph Luna combines his logistics experience with his knowledge of taxation and corporate law to help his clients overcome their transportation and logistics challenges. Clients bring Mr. Luna a wide variety of legal issues ranging from employee contracts to rejected freight. He attended Georgia State College of Law where he earned his J.D. and passed the Georgia Bar exam upon graduation. He then earned his LL.M in Taxation from Boston University where he graduated fourth in his class with a 3.96 GPA, and mastered the nuances of both tax and corporate law.
