Scott Rogalski - Alternative Lending Specialist
Scott is excellent at quickly obtaining the necessary information to create a financial picture for his clients that can be used by their banker, CPA and financial advisor. He has a clear understanding of the underwriting guidelines for traditional bank lending and knows how to create alternative ways to structure the loan package to ensure proper debt servicing.
Spike Keil - Community Affairs Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s (FDIC) Community Affairs Branch
His responsibilities include promoting the FDIC initiatives which are focused on economic inclusion, community development and small business as well as promoting compliance and understanding of the Community Reinvestment Act. He fosters collaborative efforts amongst financial institutions, community-based organizations, municipal entities, and underserved communities.
Joe McLure - District Director, SBA
Joe McClure is the District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) office in Sacramento California and is responsible for the delivery of SBA services in a 21 county area in northern California. The United States Small Business Administration provides technical assistance in conjunction with local resource partners and operates a loan guarantee program with lenders nationwide to support and develop small businesses.
Scott Leslie - Director, Capital Region SBDC
Active in the community for over fifteen years, Scott thrives on building community relations and economic development. During his tenure as a Senior Consultant for CA State Senate and CA State Assembly Caucuses and Director of Community Development, Scott was responsible for creating and implementing community summits and technical assistance programs for small businesses, civic and nonprofit leaders. Scott has been a long time member of the community in Placer County where he has served on the Sierra College Board of Trustees for over 12 years.
