Welcome to the South!

Visit downtown Montgomery, AL, rich in history and southern hospitality, to meet some of your favorite authors of various genres. The Capital City Author Event will host over 85 authors, including many local Alabama authors. The signing event will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm CST at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel and Spa at the Convention Center, in downtown Montgomery. There are VIP (early entry, with special VIP bag, lanyard, and swag) and General Admission available for purchase via Eventbrite. There will be a Friday night Meet / Greet from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm CST, Capital City Carnival - Food, Fun, and Games. Tickets are also available via Eventbrite.

Join us Friday night at the Hotel/Venue for an evening of food, fun, and games with attending Authors / Vendors/ Models. We will have a DJ, Cash Bar, Carnival style snacks, along with games available to play with some of your favorite attending Authors/Vendors.
