On Saturday, July 30, 2016, Southern Tier Health Care System will host a Capes and Crowns 5K and Field Day Festival to support our programs which include the Southern Tier Child Advocacy Center (STCAC), the Southern Tier Emergency Medical System (STEMS), the Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE) program, the Cribs for Kids program and the Southern Tier Overdose Prevention Program (STOPP).
The theme for this year’s festival is “Powering Up to a Healthier Family!” The event will be held at Good Times of Olean and will feature an untimed 5K run/walk as well as a field day competition. Field day activities will include ladder golf, shuffleboard, basketball and more! All registrations for the event will include a T-shirt as well as a food voucher. The registration fee for the 5K (which includes all field day activities) is $30 and the registration fee for the field day only is $20. Make sure to dress up as a superhero or a princess! The race and field day will begin at 9am. Registration will occur the hour prior to the event start.
Southern Tier Health Care System is proud to offer programs that help children and adults live happier, healthier lives. But our work depends on support from the community. If you don’t want to participate in Capes and Crowns, but want to support our work, we would gratefully accept a donation. Donations can be made through the Capes and Crowns registration page.
Thank you for your interest in Southern Tier Health Care System.
