To join our facilitators we fill the room with 20+ strategic volunteers and 10+ nimble nonprofit leaders to workshop together on the night's operational topic.
Who should come? Empathetic volunteers ready to act as thought partners. Nonprofit leaders who could use support with the topic of the session in their day to day work.
February 15th Session - Developing a Lean Theory of Change (TOC)
Can you articulate how your programs, culture, and approach are aligned to make the change you seek a reality? Learn how to put together a lean framework for articulating and embodying the change your organization wants to have. You will go through a series of critical-thinking exercises to better articulate the comprehensive set of changes and inputs that are needed to reach your long-term goal.
The resulting TOC will be a roadmap to guide your organizational strategy and outreach to specific funding audiences.
Consulting volunteers will receive your partner organizations name 48 hours prior to the session. We expect that you'll familiarize yourselves with their organization's missions prior to joining us as well as setting aside time for two follow-up phone calls where you'll serve as an accountability partner for your nonprofit.
All participants should arrive on time and plan to attend the full session.
This session will be lead by Full Circle Fund Members Jennifer O'Connor and Katie McCann of Guidelight Strategies.
