Mission Overview:

Night training is essential for honing your skills. Come out and increase your clue awareness, landing navigation skills, and work with dog teams in the dark.

For non-ground team members, there will be a mission base on-site.


The training opportunity will be held on Saturday June 17, 2017 from 1900 to 2300. We must be packed up and out of the park by 2400. The training will be held outdoor at Pocahontas state Park (Chesterfield) in the Bright Hope Horse area south of beach road.

Cadet must bring their CAPF32. WE WILL NOT HAVE EXTRAS ON-HAND.

Training Requirements: All participants must be GES qualified. Ground team members must have their 10-essentials and have previously demonstrated map and compass proficiency. Base personnel only need GES and should be prepared to train as a Mission Staff Assistant or Mission Radio Operator
