Canvas Deep Dive: Sections

This 30-minute session is reserved for ASU faculty, staff and TAs.

Canvas allows instructors to organize students into smaller divisions within a course. Come learn about how to subdivide students within a course and offer section-specific options.

Target Audience: ASU Educators who want to offer creative assessment opportunities to their students. Experience teaching with Canvas is strongly recommended. Some discussion and collaboration will be encouraged throughout the session.

  • Participants will attend remotely via Zoom (a link to Zoom room will be emailed the morning of the training).
  • An ASU Zoom account will be required to join this session.
  • Please register using your ASU email.
  • Time is based on Arizona time.
