Wellness Mondays are free events are designed to help the Big Sunday community rest, relax, and recharge.

In this 90-minute workshop, led by sleep specialist Niki Saccareccia from Light Inside Yoga, we’ll explore soothing yoga practices - including gentle movement, calming breathwork, and guided meditation - designed to ease your mind and body toward rest. Alongside practice, we’ll discuss everyday routines and lifestyle habits that support deeper, more restorative sleep, with time for Q & A to tailor these tools to your needs.

Comfortable clothing recommend. No yoga experience required!
