Canning Jams and Jellies
2 class times:
Choose either 1 to 3:30pm OR 6 to 8:30pm
Water bath canning is easy when you know how. You’ll learn the right way, the safe way to preserve your favorite jams, jellies and fruits.
Master Food Preservers will be on hand to guide you through the process and answer your questions.
This is a hands-on food preparation class.
Participants are asked to wear closed-toed shoes and keep their hair restrained.

Advance registration and payment are required for all classes.
Classes are subject to cancellation if a minimum number of attendees are not booked.
Classes are limited in size to provide an equal experience for all.
*** We use recipies from "So Easy to Preserve," a 388 page canning cookbook published by the University of Georgia. Attendees are given the option to purchase thier own copies of this book for $18.00
