Mardi Gras Mangalitsa Boucherie
The Cannibal is throwing the biggest and baddest mardi gras party in town! Chef Francis Derby has assembled a crew of his chef buddies to cook a classic Fat Tuesday Boucherie. Starting with a 250 lb Mangalitsa pig, the team will break it down and each chef will choose a part to cook for the epic feast!

The party kicks off at 3 pm and food and drink will be flowing all afternoon and night long!
There will be a live band playing up front & live feed of the Mardi Gras Parade on TV.
Ticket includes Managalitsa pig feast and open bar of classic New Orleans cocktails like sazaracs, hurricanes, zombies, and more!
